Description
Zoleric contains the active ingredient esomeprazole, which is a proton pump inhibitor. Esomeprazole works by blocking the proton pumps in the stomach lining, reducing the secretion of stomach acid. This action helps alleviate symptoms associated with excessive stomach acid production, such as heartburn, acid reflux, and ulcers. Zoleric is prescribed by healthcare professionals to treat various acid-related conditions and promote healing of the esophagus and stomach lining.
